• Traditional Gardens: Everyone’s idea of what belongs in a garden varies. Whether you want flowers, vegetables, fruits, herbs or a combination of all of these, we can design a space to meet your needs.
• Medicinal Gardens: Plants are often seen as “nature’s healers”. Create a garden that will help you alleviate “what ails you”.
• Scented Gardens: Herbs and flowers have distinctive, often enjoyable aromas. Let’s discover what smells good to you and make it a pleasant part of your everyday life!
• Herb Gardens: I’ll teach you how to grow herbs to use in teas, salves, tinctures, and as a delicious accent to your daily meals
• Meditative Gardens: Can fit in any size space and will provide a much needed relief from stress or anxieties. We can identify and use scents, textures, and colors that will help you achieve a much needed sense of peace and tranquility.
• Thematic/Celebration Gardens: These gardens are unique way to commemorate a special day, year, or time in your life. They also make a wonderful gift for someone special to you.

Planting Your Garden
I take pride in giving each garden its own unique characteristics and individual personality. Each garden is as special to me as each of my clients!
When planting, we’ll look at:

• Your garden budget and getting the most for your dollars in a 1-3-5 year plan.
• How much time you have to care for the garden
• Colors you prefer and scents that you like or dislike
• Any family memories that will influence your plant choices or the garden design

I’ll also give you:

• Detailed instructions for maintaining your garden
• A list of plant benefits and uses
• Tips for optimum pest control
• Numbers to call if you have specific questions as your garden is evolving

If you would like to participate with me in creating and working on your developing garden, you can gain hands-on information and techniques for taking care of your garden.
